Tasks
 Support Talent acquisition specialist with recruitment process including scheduling interviews, organising
Candidate’s travel arrangements and making sure equipment is available.
 Communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
 Delivering a first-rate experience to candidates by hosting the interviews, and making sure candidates get to
See the environment and culture
 Updating and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters.
O Create new jobs in SmartRecruiters as new headcount is added.
O Screening candidates’ applications/CV’s.
O Produce weekly reports on hiring activity and progress.
O Tagging CV’s on SmartRecruiters for future benefit.
O Sifting through back-logs of “unreviewed” CVs in SmartRecruiters.
 Checking Candidate References and supporting hiring manager.
 Working with tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook to proactively build out a database of prospective Talent
Relevant to the host company.
 Working in conjunction with Marketing to update and build talent-centric content for sites like Glassdoor and
LinkedIn.

Niveau(x) d'études


Bac +5 et plus - Bac +3 - licence Pro - Bac +2 - BTS/DUT - Bac - Equivalent CAP-BEP - 3e ou sans diplôme - Bac pro - Bac +4

Durée


6 months. Start date: As soon as possible Languages English should be B2 at least.

Rémunération


an approx. value of 700 – 1000€/ per month (paid accommodation, paid utility bills (electricity, gas, water and council tax) + Internet Access and the commuter travel to work, if necessary). Pas de frais d’agence
